  1. So I tried building a computer for a sibling with some of my old hardware that being the cpu, motherboard and RAM and case. All of these worked when I last used them and I had no issues so I thought everything would be fine. The CPU EZ Debug LED is on and the Sys 4 fan is not spinning, everything else is spinning I believe at full speed. Specs: Lian Li 011 Dynamic MSI Z270 Gaming plus i5 6600k RTX 3060 Crucial 500gb m.2 Corsair Vengeance 3600mhz 2x16 PSU Corsair RM750x Things I've tried: Clear CMOS and new cmos battery Each RAM stick in each slot alone. Tried different cpu i3 6100, just bought so should be working. Only had CPU, Monitor and RAM connected. Even tried without cooler connected and same issue. I think it's a dead motherboard, my system is amd and not with me so I couldn't troubleshoot everything or use different ram.
  2. Yes I have all the WoWLan settings in the advanced section of the adapter. I have an intel AX200. In power management the device is able to wake up computer and is able to receive magic a magic packet
  3. I have looked around a lot and to my understanding I can use WoWLan to turn on my computer. I have not found any tutorials for it though. My computer is not connected with an ethernet cable but WoWLan should be able to turn it on right? How can I do this? Windows 10.
  4. I've been using gaming headsets for a while now but now that my current headset is getting old I want to get a good audio setup. I have a budget of $400. I need headphones and a microphone. If possible, a wireless setup for the headphones would be nice as well as the wired setup. I've looked into Sony's XM3's and some people are saying they have a lot of latency whilst others are saying they don't. Also I think I've seen that it's possible to plug them in, if so does this make them viable. Thank you.
  5. Yeah CPU isn't the problem, it's only RAM that's having issues.
  6. Like a week ago now. I'll try other anti virus thanks.
  7. yeah everything I look at says CPU and disk utilization. I have 32GB and it's using 16. It wouldn't really be a problem but it seems to lag my games etc.
  8. It doesn't usually take half my RAM though. How do I stop it from doing that.
  9. Constantly this thing is using high memory. I've removed it from task scheduler and excluded it in windows defender but it uses so much memory when i'm doing anything. Why is this? How do I stop it?
  10. So how do I make it not use 1.4v on idle.
  11. I have an X570 Taichi. I can't change the voltage in ryzen master when using PBO. I found that setting an OC of 4100 and voltage at 3.2 has given me lower temps and better results. (Quick cinebench tests).
  12. Temps drop quickly when manually setting voltage to 1.35. For overclocking to 4.2 have you just set the voltage and changed each core to 4.2? Also when using PBO it says the peak voltage is 1.35 but goes over
  13. Just running it with PBO. Top fans are exhaust and i have bottom fans for intake.
  14. Idle temp 45-55 Under load temp avg 75 max 79. Using corsair h150i pro Is this normal?
  15. Yeah that makes sense, so probably go with the 'EK-Cryofuel dye pack' seems to be the only one they have.
  16. So the plan is to get the EK-Kit P360, the distribution block and a gpu water block, all copper-based/nickel). Is it possible to have a reservoir as well as the distribution block to use as a pump and I like the ease of filling the system up. The kit comes with EK-Cryofuel which on that list is at the top so I might use that. Do I get any regular distilled water or should I get Mayhems Ultra Pure H20. I may want colour as well and I will put up with the drawbacks with it so I may get the dyed Mayhems X1 to use instead of the cryofuel. Edit: EK-Quantum Vector Dual Evo I plan to get if I get the ASUS Dual 2070 Super Evo.
  17. I've read and watched so many guides on this and I'd say I understand mostly. I just want to clear some things up officially since I have seen a lot of different opinions. First of all, what coolant to buy. I don't understand the amount of variety there are with premixes and all the other things. I just want a coolant that has all the anti-whatever in it and a dye that is compatible with it. Second of all, I am planning to buy the EK Fluid Gaming A360G and the EVGA hydrocopper waterblock as the EK kit is fairly cheap and the water block is compatible with the graphics card I want to buy (being the EVGA 2070 super hybrid). I also want to get the Barrow Waterway Lian Li PC-011D distribution block and a pump (if someone can recommend a good one) to replace the reservoir. Now the question is, is mixing metals really dangerous like the amount people that freak out about it? Finally, if it really is a big deal may I be offered a fairly 'cheap' way of watercooling Ryzen 3700x (I want to do watercooling because I'm just interested in it and like the aesthetics so I know it doesn't need a custom loop) and a RTX 2070 super. I can get a different 2070 super probably instead of the hybrid because that thing is like $100+ more expensive so it probably isn't worth it when I think about it carefully and I will just be replacing it anyway. Thanks!
  18. As title says. It's not showing up in bios disk manager etc. X570 taichi 3700x 16x2 3600mhz 850w PSU Vega 64 I have a western digital nvme ssd which works fine along with normal ssd and HDD. I've tried all slots on motherboard, updated bios. All the slots work with WD ssd as well.
  19. Getting a 3900x. There is G Skill Trident Z Royal Series 3600MHz with C19 and G Skill Trident Z Neo 3600MHz with C18. The Neo is cheaper is that just because of how it looks. Should I just be getting the Neo? I think I've answered my own question but I just think the royal series looks so nice but the logical option would be to go with Neo
  20. Prefer to use water. Would the Cooler Master - MasterLiquid ML240L have basically same performance.
  21. I've bought a Ryzen 9 3900x. Now that it's been out for a bit what cooler should I be going for? In terms of liquid cooling I was thinking of going for the Cooler Master - MasterLiquid ML240L because it is a decent price for what you get. I have an idea people may say the Noctua coolers. I'm also planning on getting the Lian-Li P-011 Dynamic which is better for liquid cooling than for air. I could get the Air version but prefer the Dynamic. If you suggest one of those massive Noctua or Dark Rock with the massive heat sinks is there anything you can do to make it look better by replacing the fans with ones just as good etc.
  22. Do I only need to do something as simple as drill 4 holes?
  23. Says on the website known incompatibilty NVIDIA RTX 2060 and AMD Vega 64
  24. Need an AIO cooling bracket that is compatible for Sapphire Nitro+ Vega 64. Are there any compatible ones or will I have to go the route of drilling a cpu bracket. If I need to drill it, are there any good tutorials on what to do. Preferabley videos.
