3000 Mhz but in bios its set to auto speed so its around 2.1k

Both sticks work fine in any of those 2 slots,and yeah now it just freezes on login screen with both sticks

So when I try to boot up my pc with 2 ram sitcks i just get BSOD like: irql_not_less_or_equal , system thread exception , page fault in nonpaged area, unexpected kernel mode trap... But when I boot my pc with one ram stick in any slot everything works perfectly. Specs: Ryzen 3 1200 Asrock A320M-HDV rv4 2x8GB g.skill aegis ddr4 1TB seagate barracuda hdd 120GB crucial BX500 ssd

So when my pc booted in windows like 5 seconds or so screen just went black,then I rebooted pc and monitor wasn't displaying anything(only one time it displayed picture for about a second or less). LED on monitor was saying that it is on but screen was just black,then I tested my vga cable with laptop and tv and it worked fine,after that I connected my pc to tv and I had picture too no black screen or anything. So what's the problem with my monitor and can it be fixed? My monitor:lg flatron w1934s

When I try to find any info about my mobo it just says "To be filed by OEM" What does that mean??

My specs: Cpu: Intel xeon x3430 2.4 Ghz Gpu: HD radeon 5750 1gb gddr5 Ram: Kingstone 8gb 1333 Mhz Mobo: Intel H55 Psu: Corsair 550 W When I put my new rx550 there is no picture and pc after 30-40 secs reboots and does the same thing... idk what to do please help me
