i saw this video my friend i saw one another video and again 2080 is better against 2070 for 20 fps in 1080P so i will not buy 2080 i will rtx 2070 by seeing these things what to pay 350 euros more for 20 fps in 1080p;;

someone told me that Higher than the 2070 and higher than the 2060. Lets say on some game the 2080 outputs 200+ fps and the 2060 only 150+ fps, you will not percieve any difference between the the two cards due to you maxing out your monitor. do you agree? also i have this monitor https://www.asus.com/Monitors/VG279Q/ so in 1080p with 4770k or zen 2 or 9900k with one rtx 2070 and 2080 what fps i will have in all these situtations?/ if we calcuate all these things in average? with all these 2 cpus and my monitor which have and with these 2 cards rtx 2070 and 2080? can you answere me in all these things p[lease? because in 2 hours i will have to order new gpu..
