    You're a couple gens behind which add to the slowness.  Overall, your CPU and HDD are just slower than say my setup if you were comparing a your HDD load times vs my SSD load times.

     

    Nice GPU but the GPU isn't the one loading the game.

    CPU: I7 4790k @4,4ghz
    GPU: GTX 780 @1084mhz

    Again, what are the rest of your system specs?  How much RAM do you have?  How full is your HDD?  What CPU?

    I HAVE  BLACK WESTERN HARDISK 6tb

     

    MY DISK IS NOT  FULL FROM 6 Tb I HAVE USED ONLY  1 tb

    RTX  2080 OC I HAVE

     

    SO  THE 2 MINUTES AND 26 SECONDS FOR MY HARDISK IS NORMAL? AGAINST  HIS HARDISK?
