Hello everyone! I am planning to buy a 1440p 144hz monitor with a 1660ti. For AAA games it may sound overkill monitor but i mostly play e-sport games. I would like to know your impressions and experiences about this! Thank you very much!

Currently i have decided on these parts based on your suggestions: I5 8600k MSI Z370-A Pro I have decided on a 1440p 144hz display made by Samsung: LC27JG50 However i am still indecisive with the GPU. I really like the MSI GPUs and here where I live they sell the MSI Gaming and the MSI Armor varriants. (If my research is correct the difference between the two is that the gaming has a backplate, little better factory oc and a little better cooler however it is a bit more expensive.) What do you guys think for 1440p@144hz should I get the 1060 6GB or 1070 or even the 1070 Ti ?

Which chipset do you use it with? The Z390?

I chose Intel becouse of it's single core performance for gaming. But is there any performance defference between the z390 and z370? Becouse i read that they have almost the same chipset and the only difference is the power delivery which is only better for extreme OC. I am planning to do some since it is a K processor however will it help enough to justify the price upfront?

Okay. Well since my budget is flexible how about the i5 9600k but with the GTX 1070?

Hello everyone! I am right now in the planning stage of my new gaming pc. I had one for five years now and it really needs an upgrade. I am going to sell the old CPU, MOBO, RAM, GPU. However i will reuse my old SSD, HDD, case, PSU (650W trusty one). I am flexible on the price. I currently use a FullHD monitor at 60hz but planning on a 1440p 144hz display in the near future. I mainly play E-Sports titles such as CS:GO, RL and PUBG (?). Currently I have decided on these: (edited) -I5 8600k - Be Quiet! Shadow Rock Slim - GPU from MSI ? - I want dual channel 16GB of RAM (haven't decided on which one yet) - MSI Z370-A Pro I would really love to here your impressions on this setup.
