  1. Recently I bought myself a new streaming pc: Threadripper 1920x Aorus x399 rev 1.0 Asus 1060 6 gb It did his job for the first 2 hours, then streamlabs obs crashed. I run some tests, Prime95: all cores a good Nvidia driver update: all good Driver easy update: all good Updated the bios: all good Windows update: all good Reinstalled windows, and still having the same issues. Obs crashes and its says: Troubleshooting with encoding or it shut it's self off out of the blue. Tried all kind of settings in Obs its self, but it won't work either. Did anybody else had the same problem? And did he/she found a solution for it? I really don't know what to do else anymore. Then selling the streaming rig and try a Intel version. Greetings, Greg
  2. Streaming on twitch. So lower the bitrate? And put CPU usage on fast? That will improve my stream quality? CPU percentage is around 55% during stream. The most important thing for me is that the viewers have the best quality of watching my stream. In the the past i lost viewers because of bad stream quality, so I really want to perfect it.
  3. Better quality, smoother and cleaner stream.
  4. Streamlabs settings currently Output: x264 Rate control: CBR 12000 bitrate CPU usage very fast Profile: high Video: 1920x1080 Downscale filter: lanczos 32 samples Common fps values 60 fps It's a nice viewable stream, good quality.

  7. My stream setup: dual system Gaming PC: Intel i7 8700k Gigabyte Z390 UD Rtx 2070 8gb inno3d Vulcan 16gb ddr4 3000mhz Be quiet 700w Nzxt water-cooled m22 cpu Stream PC: Intel i7 4790k Gigabyte b850m Gtx 970 4gb Kingston 16gb ddr3 1600mhz Coolermaster 500w Coolermaster water-cooled cpu Streamlabs settings currently Output: x264 Rate control: CBR 12000 bitrate CPU usage very fast Profile: high Video: 1920x1080 Downscale filter: lanczos 32 samples Common fps values 60 fps It's a nice viewable stream, good quality. My question is: Should upgrade my 4790k to a AMD 1600x,1700x, or 1800x For the more cores and threads. Would that improve my stream and is it worth the money? Or sell my stream PC and my current 8700k in my gaming PC and buy the 9900k And go back to a single game/stream PC?
