  1. I have been using this laptop in school for 3 months. Approximately a month ago fans started going randomly very loud (I mean very loud- when playing FM23 on steam fans spinned way slower) for few seconds, minute sometimes (very irregularly). This is happening sometimes idling, using web browser/word or visual studio with light load (power saving mode). Temperatures are fine, this is a new laptop so there should be much dust on fans etc. Any ideas what is causing this and how to stop it?
  2. Yeah, the ram is a bummer. Thanks anyway for trying to help me : )
  3. The RAM was my initial thought, too bad 4gb is soldered. Adding\removing external one didn't do anything Same goes with storage, no difference with or without
  4. Yeah, I thought about that but still nothing
  5. Hi, my old laptop ASUS X550V is not turning on. When I plug the charger and press the ON button, green indicator lights up (bulb above the light) and dvd drive is making some sort of noise. The screen don't light up or there isn't any fan buzz or beeps. Specs: i5-3230M, GT720M, 4GB onboard RAM (I believe). I tried with battery, without it, different chargers also, additional ram. Nothing helped. Also I couldn't take out the bios battery to reset it. Thanks for help in advance EDIT: so after some time after pressing the on button the fan starts spinning but still no display (also nothing on external display)
  6. Yes, task manager of course. What should I do? Scan it with some software?
  7. I know but would it be all the time until the taskbar is opened? I have this PC (with changes to hardware) for maybe 3/4 years and it never happened before
  8. Hi, recently I noticed my CPU fan is getting louder when idling (which never happened before). As in the title, right after opening task manager the CPU is around 60% (no program is showing which could be the cause of it). Maybe one second after usage drops to 2%-5% as normal and CPU rpm slows down. 9. Hi, I recently replaced my old R9 280x with RTX 2060 D6 6GB. I tested 3 games so far AC Valhalla, Warzone and Fortnite. No problem with AC - steady 60 fps on high/ultra. In Warzone and Fortnite there is heavy stuttering after starting new game (later its get better but still stuttering sometimes). Heavy fps drops occurs with preety good fps (120 warzone on high setting, 144 locked Fortnite on ultra settings). After starting new match in addition to stutter - textures are not loading. Can someone tell me what is causing it? Thanks in advance My specs: Ryzen 7 2700x 8GB DDR4 2866MHz B450 Pro4 Gigabyte RTX 2060 D6 120GB SSD for Windows 1TB and 500GB HDD for games SilentiumPC 500w vero l1 80plus Samsung 1080p 60Hz
  10. Hi, me again. The fans are 92mm and the heatsink is 80ish. I should 92mm ones?
  11. What about motherboard? ASRock B450 Pro4 or MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX (similar budget)
  12. Hi, I'm gonna use R7 2700x in my PC. Will the stock cooler be enough? How about temps and RPM? I'm not planning to OC yet. My PC case is genesis titan 660. Thanks in advance
  13. Well, I just find out after some testing. The thing is the dead fan is spinning when I set up 80% speed in msi afterburner. When lower than 80% it isn't spinning
