I think its from my gpu. Is this something I should be worried about?

I noticed weird oil stains on my motherboard and on case some of it was also on the chipset heatsink My pc is running fine the temps are not out of the ordinary Please help me figure out what this could be

I just got a new monitor and there is a really faint checkerboard pattern it's mostly visible on a white screen. My main screen doesn't seem to have this problem but it's fairly old so I wanted to know if it's normal or not. It's a 1080p IPS monitor
