  1. 4060 super/7700 non-XT when? The real question: when using a 1440p 144hz display, the current generation of cards below the 7700 XT/4070 are weak/poor value. Which card, the 7700 XT or the rtx 4070 will generate less heat in PC cases like the Pop Mini Air? A focus on less heat produced, less the fan noise to cool. (I would prefer not to have a space heater). Better performance in 1440p that my 2060 while being quietest of the two options. For example: ASUS RX 7700 XT TUF ($470) vs ASUS RTX 4070 TUF ($590). Thank you for your time and advise. Budget (including currency): up to $600. Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Baldur's Gate 3, Minecraft, Overwatch, WoW Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I currently have a i7 8700 non-k, Asus Rog Stix RX 2060 OC, corsair 32 gb 2666-cl 16 ram, noctua u12, SF600 PSU in a Pop Mini Air.
  2. Looking at pcpartpicker, MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX motherboard under "See All Builds", filtered atx cases. I found four reviews on the first page of builds with the same G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory https://pcpartpicker.com/product/jBZzK8/gskill-ripjaws-v-16-gb-2-x-8-gb-ddr4-3600-memory-f4-3600c16d-16gvkc "G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 is the best price/value RAM at the moment (CAD 92.99). Despite it's not in the QVL for this motherboard, it perfectly works with default XMP profile and achieves 3600MHz." Source: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/8ztgXL "was best priced 16gb 3600 ram runs at rated speed" Source: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/Yyjypg "Out of the box it ran at smth around 2133. In bios i selected its XMP profile and it ran at 3600 no problem. Simply need to select the xmp profile and youll be all set!" Source: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/m2HhP6 "I really like this RAM. It runs at the advertised speed, doesn't freak out like some other memory does sometimes, and looks really good with my motherboard. It delivers buttery smooth frame rates in any game I play, and has no problem with anything I throw at it. Plus, the high speed is nice for my R5 3600, helping it increase performance. I was able to get this kit on sale for $70, so if it ever happens again, this is definitely the way to go for Ryzen builds."
