Finally decided on a monitor.  Ordered the MG279Q a couple of days ago.  Seems to be my best option given my requirements.

    I've got one and it's really nice. You can change the FreeSync range to about 55-144Hz

    And how are you making use of FreeSync with a 980 Ti?

    My 980ti died so I'm using my RX 460 right now.

    Yeah I use the FAR mod. Works great.

    Oh nice.  Yeah I was running in fine on my 980m, but now that I have a desktop again, I'll probably get it going on that.
