84c and 166W whilst doing cinebench

My i7 9700k that I oc to 5ghz is underperforming, when i just got it the cinebench score was 1600 but now its 1150 even tho i havent changed anything. Did it degrade in the 2 months ive had it.

well my cpu is stable at 5.2 ghz 1.420v and my mobo is a Asus ROG maximus XI Code

Im trying 1.500v because im trying to get my i7 9700k to 5.3ghz

So i have a Asus mobo and on it i cant change the cpu voltage because whenever i try to it always just go to the voltage limit. Like when i put in 1.500v it goes directly to 1.700v. I am running the latest bios btw
