  1. So a few days ago I built my new PC, with an i9 9900K on a Gigabyte Aorus Master and ever since I've been troubled by not having bass when listening to music (either YouTube or Spotify). My front speakers are connected to the green jack and the subwoofer is connected to the orange jack (center/sub). On my old Z97 system (ALC1150), I could just turn on bass management in the Realtek software thing and it would work. However, I don't have that option on my new system! So far I tried setting the Windows audio setting to 5.1 (minus the rear speakers, I only have a 2.1 system) and when I "test" the speakers, the subwoofer responds! But no bass in Spotify or via browser or anything, really. The only thing utilizing the subwoofer so far has been CoD BO4, which I only just realized as of today. I hope someone can help me, because I don't know if it's a Windows thing (I did a clean install) or a driver related issue or else.
