    Is it normal for the bus speed to rapidly jump up and down? It jumps from anywhere between 98.xx to 102.xx Temp: 40 C OC to 5ghz on all cores Voltage: 1.323 Speed step: off Specs: i9 9900K 2080TI sli Aus z390-e rog strix 1000W Corsair power supply 2x Samsung 970 1TB M.2 NVME 128G DDR4 3000mhz Corsair

    I just recently overclocked my 9900k to 5ghz on all cores but i'm only getting a Cinebench score of 2040. I also took a CS:GO benchmark and only got 430 fps average, while this guy got 510 fps average with stock settings (http://prntscr.com/lsifa9) Am I doing anything wrong? All cores 5ghz Voltage 1.330 Temp max 80
