  1. Thank you, if these other methods don't work out I'll do just that.
  2. Yes, yes, and no actually. Looked into what that was and just disabled it with a regedit, hopefully that solves my issues.
  3. Yeah the specs on my profile are my current PC, besides an additional 2TB NVME.
  4. Yes, I have tested it both on and off and the issue persists. I have also used it for years now with no issues.
  5. So as the title says any game I have been playing recently has been freezing for a second or two and then continuing like normal. Its really bothering me as this issue just seemed to pop up out of nowhere, I noticed it first on Battlefield 2042 after re downloading it and since then it has persisted in BG3, BF1, League, and others. I updated my graphics driver, put exclusions in my antivirus for my game folders, removed overclocks, and checked temps. Nothing seems to pop out at me, does anyone else have any suggestions or have experienced this before? Any advice helps, thanks.
  6. Did that and still had that issue, updated the BIOS from F9 to F12 and am now trying to find a voltage that lets my PC boot.
  7. I was reading Vcore on HWInfo and CPU Package Temp. I would love to get into overclocking but I don't understand and I cannot see if any of my BIOS changes are actually being applied as it seems unchanged no matter how much I change it. Here is a screenshot of my voltage set to normal with a -0.05 set onto it, it still jumps way too high
  8. Sorry, I am an idiot I found the settings but when I tried to overclock I ended up with a -0.125 on the voltage as however I changed the voltage I wasn't seeing a change in HWInfo
  9. I did look around for something like that but I did not see anything, google was not much help either with all motherboard bios's not having the same settings or same settings names for the same function.
  10. I originally wanted to try and get my CPU to 5GHz but after seeing this probably not unless I can get temps down. I also noticed that whenever I would adjust the vcore in my bios and then check the voltage with CPUID it would be like 1.345 when I set it to 1.305. Is this also normal behavior or is this something wrong. Thank you for the temperature explanation though. Also according to HWInfo my cpu is drawing around 1.4200 volts as of right now but it fluctuates between that and the high 1.3s
  11. Specs: i7-9700k @ 4.9GHz Z390 Aorus Pro NH-D15 3080Ti Coolermaster Case with two top exhaust fans added Please help me make sense of this as I am new to overclocking and I feel like this is abnormal. I ran Prime95 for around 10 minutes on Smallest FFTs, the temperature immediately jumped to 100C according to HWInfo64, throughout the entire test it said my CPU was thermal throttling and was hovering around 95C. With a Noctua NH-D15 I thought I would have no issues with temperatures, especially when the only overclocking I did was turn on Intel Turbo Boost which only brings my clock speed to a max 4.9GHz. Is this to be expected? Or is something wrong here?
  12. Thank you for the info, I planned on having 3 120mm fans in the front from noctua, 1 in the back and 2 on top as exhaust.
  13. I cannot see as my case fans wont let me see the rpm, they are plugged into aio pump ports because I ran out of ports.
  14. Okay will do, I do still want to replace the artic fans I have with noctua ones though to match with my CPU cooler. To do that I also need to get a fan hub as right now my case fans are plugged into an aio port. How can I choose a good fan hub? or are they all the same?
  15. i7-9700k at 5.00GHz 3080TI Noctua-NHD15 1000W EVGA PSU Z390 Aorus Pro I am aiming to improve my CPU temperature as it regularly reaches the high 90s and my budget is probably around $500 located in the US and probably gonna shop at Micro Center or Amazon.
  16. I have decided to replace my old case fans on my cooler master case, the front currently has 2 Cooler Master 200R RGB Fans, the top of my case has two cheap artic case fans, and the back exhaust is a stock fan to. Which company would make the best fans to replace these? System Specs: i7-9700k at 5.00GHz 3080TI Noctua-NHD15 1000W EVGA PSU Z390 Aorus Pro I am aiming to improve my CPU temperature as it regularly reaches the high 90s.
  17. Thank you for the information, I appreciate the help.
  18. Okay thanks for the explanation, then my next question would be that if I upgraded to a i7-13700k and DDR5 memory, would I even see a performance improvement? I planned on doing that this holiday season.
  19. I recently purchased MW2 and I decided to run a benchmark using the built-in benchmarking tool. At the end of it, it said that my GPU bottleneck was 99% when it is a 3080Ti STRIX while my i7-9700k which is much older is not a bottleneck. I am also playing at 1440p, do these results add up? Is my new 3080Ti really the bottleneck?
  20. Hey, my girlfriend was trying to do Amazon Flex deliveries, but the app keeps bugging out whenever they check in and Bluetooth won't turn back on. Bluetooth works fine when not doing deliveries. This has happened since the first time they started using it, and the past two times they couldn't do deliveries and had to call support. Here's what I've tried and what support asked me to try: - Log out and back in - Uninstall/Reinstall - Reset Network Connection - Reset Amazon App Cache and Data - Reset Bluetooth Cache and Data Only thing that fixes it for like 5 min is restarting phone then Bluetooth won't connect again. Any ideas? Samsung Galaxy S10e Android version 12
  21. So my girlfriend woke up this morning and tried to get on her computer and the following happened to her, we are looking for any help we can get as we have tried a lot to fix it. Hiya, I'm having some tech issues and I figured I'd ask here. This morning I woke up and went to get on my PC but the Internet icon disappeared and everytime I tried opening network settings it would close immediately after. I have tried resetting network. I have also reboot my PC in Safe Mode with Internet but it still couldn't connect so it's a Windows 10 thing not my PC itself. I've also tried everything in the video below except using a second PC to redownload the internet drivers (I'm going to try that when I get home tonight). Any other ideas? Edit: I tried reinstalling the Internet driver, nothing happened ;-;
