    Arctic Accelero on RTX 2070

moar cooling performance*, and changing the stock cooling wont void evga warranty. * I’ve seen the AA3 on a GTX 1080 Ti, not on an RTX 2070 thats why i’m asking if it worth it. Though the 1080Ti has a power draw of around 370w and the RTX 2070 just 300w so that means AA3 performance on the RTX should be better than in reviews Arctic also added support for the RTX 2080 and 2080 Ti, 2070 uses simillar pcb so there shouldn’t be any problem. I’ll give it a try.

    Arctic Accelero on RTX 2070

Im building my new setup on an Ncase M1. For cooling purposes im thinking on installing an Arctic Accelero Xtreme III on an EVGA RTX 2070 XC Gaming. Is it still worth it to install one of these? considering its just $50 on newegg Yes, it does fit the Ncase.
  3. I was looking at this 2 boards, one claim as the best ITX mb and the other, well, beeing a simpler version of it. AsRock Z390M-ITX/ac AsRock Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac I wont be using the M.2 slot, neither the thunderbolt connector, the phantom does have an extra VRM power phase. Does it worth the nearly $60 difference? I will be gaming, I will be using loads of CPU/GPU usage and I will be soft overclocking a 9700k. The power supply will be a Corsair SF 600.

Which one to get Z390 ITX

yeah ive notice sone good reviews about the AsRock, but maybe the other ones where good too. I think ill go with the AsRock

Which one to get Z390 ITX

yeah but its ATX, not ITX
  6. So my plan is going ITX, I have a 9700k and a EVGA RTX 2070 XC. I was looking for some motherboard and cant seem to spot the difference rather than heatsinks kn the motherboard. Ehich one of this is a good option for this setup and a little OC (4.9Ghz maybe). Case Ncase M1 probably ASRock Z390 PHANTOM GAMING-ITX/AC LGA 1151 GIGABYTE Z390 I AORUS PRO WIFI LGA 1151 MSI MPG Z390I GAMING EDGE AC LGA 1151

2K gaming on an Ncase M1

higher gpu temperatures? considering is an open air cooler on the gpu in a small case with limited ventilation
  8. Im building my new setup, my objectives are 2k gaming and engineering software. So far I have i7 9700k (basic OC, maybe 5.0 max) EVGA RTX 2070 XC Gaming (No OC) Samsung 860 EVO My plans are getting an Ncase M1 (or cougar QBX), Some Noctua fans for aircooling (3 for the Ncase, 4 if Cougar) and a Noctua NH U9S air cooler for the CPU. Ive seen some reviews that shows that the airflow inside this case with this setup is good, but they dont talk about 2k gaming, maybe 1080? anyways, just wondering if the case wouldnt be a problem here.

EVGA RTX 2070 XC Gaming, better cooling than Black edition

GTX 1070 TI or RTX 2070 for Engineering Student

yeah, unless you dont get a really good deal for an RTX, it doesnt worth it. I got mine for 450, thats the only reason I bought it. I think you should wait for CES and wait for nvidia prices to drop, hopefully

GTX 1070 TI or RTX 2070 for Engineering Student

well RTX 2070 does perform better than a GTX 1070 (even the TI model) on engineering applications. I bought an RTX 2070 for deep learning applications, thats quite similar to Matlab computation requirements. You can read this review that help me decide which one to get. timdettmers.com/2018/11/05/which-gpu-for-deep-learning/

    RTX 2070 Questions

well GPU usage is around 50%, that do souns like a CPU bottleneck

Is the Gigabyte windforce 2080 bad?

that would be awesome, but it doesnt seems that nvidia has an 1170 or 1180 in their plans

Is the Gigabyte windforce 2080 bad?

maybe because of the 1710MHz, for an extra $70 you can get the EVGA XC Gaming with 1800MHz (at least in the US)
