So i got a gigabit ethernet and when i do a speed test on my phone i get 600 down and 500 up but on pc i have a wired connection and i get 900 down and 50 up but on wifi i still get 50 up and i have msi x570 tomahawk wifi mobo

Basicly whats happening is that the hdmi dosent want to work unless i turn on my monitor first or when the pc is already booted up i have to turn on the monitor before i connect the hdmi port but the displayport works fine without any problems and the problem started when i updated the graphics drivers when i use rollback it works fine System predator trition 500 with rtx 2070 and i7 9750hq

Basicly whats happening is when i updated my graphics card drivers every time when i open my pc the monitor starts up but is blank but when i unplug the hdmi port and plug it back in then it works and i have acer predator tirtion 500 with rtx 2070 and the monitor is Samsung CRG5 with g-sync Ps when i updated it before the latest drivers it did the same thing but it only worked when i unpluged the hdmi port from the monitor So i decided to install the older drivers in the meantime but now i wanted to use the nvidia broadcast so i needed the latest drivers

I am trying to setup a home thetre via hdmi cable but there is no audio but when i use aux there is sound and all the hdmi ports have arc Tv: Philips 55pus6561/12 Home thetre: Samsung HT-Z215

well when my brother got it 2-4 years ago he got it used but it was in pretty good condition
