I recently got an rtx 2070 for gaming. I also have a gt 1030. Is there anyway I can use my 2070 just for gaming and have everything else processed by the 1030. I plan on streaming and recording for YouTube. TY

I recently got a Gigabyte Windforce RTX 2070. I have been wanting to overclock better and also have a better looking system. I want to get custom watercooling. I am a beginner so I know little. Also I can’t find and blocks for my gpu. I looked on ek and alphacool. They didn’t have any for rtx 2070. Do you think any 2080 or 2080 ti blocks will work? Also any tips for beginners? I am planning to use soft tubes. I got 2 things. i don't think raytracing is working. It is on in settings and it is on ultra. It doesn't look like it. I may be wrong. Also, My gpu usage was 2%. This makes no sense. I still need help with my original problem.

So, I got a Gigabyte RTX 2070. When I first installed it, It was working great. I got higher fps than my 1060. As days passed, I noticed my fps going down I was averaging around 60-140 fps in Fortnite with my custom settings down below (Same or worse than 1060). Is there anyway I can fix this. There are example of things I did to test my GPU below. My specs are Ryzen 5 1600 at 3.6 GHz, 16 GB ram at 2933 MHz, Asus Prime B350 plus Mobo, Alienware 240hz G-sync 1080p monitor, RM750x 80+ gold PSU, and last but not least the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070.
