Sooo, i bought a notebook with powerfull graphic and cpu but it has only 8GB of RAM, and since its gonna be used for videoediting i want to upgrade it was thinking of doing 12GB since laptops normaly have dualchannel 2x4GB in cases of 8GB ram but mine has single channel, and i found a really good deal on a SODIMM, 3200MHz, DDR4, on a local marketplace... like mine is BUT with a different letency so my question is if it really matters not like if i lose 10FPS! If it will work and not cause major problems?

Hey, need help with something, so i bought a gtx 1070 to swap it for my rx 480 i am a miner and my rx480 mines just fine but sucks at games and i slow in windows, so i got my gtx 1070 today installed the drivers and ran my miner as a benchmark and started overclocking with MSI Afterburner... First i noteced that in HW monitor it hasnt a power consumtion sensor, than i noticed that i cant control the power limit, when i do it crashes like the system has a 10second delay on all movement, than i played around with the memory (before 21Mh/s) the overclock went well but nearly did nothing to my Mh/s (+1Mh/s) witch was really weird im using Phoenix miner btw. (tried NBminer same resault) but than the main issue: my frequency doesnt move after it reaches 1582MHz after running the miner if i change it in Afterburner nothing, if i add voltage nothing, if i edit the voltage/frequency curve nothing, i also did a bios mod using NV flash but the card i am using (PALIT dual) isnt listed on Techpowerup bios list so... i flashed some VBIOS with the same version a mine was showing at Gpu-Z, if anyone knows how to fix the frequency or the Hashrate beeing low/stuck at one place, please let me know

yes i have 8GB, the issue isnt inside CS:GO it starts to load but you know the windows report problem/program not responding cloaser. normaly the windows reporter would give CS:GO time or at least flash me with a dialog that gave me 2 options wait or cloase, you could click wait and it would just let you load the map and play, now it just cloasees the program and thats it so anyideas how to disable it? i had a windows 10fresh last week and it poped the notification with only one option "to cloase" i watched some videos i disabeled it but it only disabeled the notification it cloased instantly, i have got a new drive now and new windows i havent touched it and it now too doesnt show notification just cloases instantly, so help? please

hey guys, i have recently switched my pc from a ryzen 5 2600 to a FX 8350 and a brand new windows and disk, so i installed CS:GO and everytime i join into a map it crashes because it takes a lot of time to load a map and windows thinks that its not working an dautomaticly cloases it, i have reinstalled CS:GO and windows many times cant figer the issue though still im having trouble and i cant play CS:GO so please help me i might go mad soon xD

hey, just bought a gtx 1060 6GB it can run any game just fine . in windows i also mine with gtx 1070 so i have a pc with both installed with latest drivers.... my problems are many... my plan was to let the gtx 1070 untouched and keep it mining so my primary pci-e slot is ocupied by gtx 1060 my display is plugged in it but games still use the gtx 1070... other issue is i mine with the gtx 1070 for over a month now and its supposed to do 26MH/s with slite overclocks (100c/500mem) i use 230c/650mem and i get 30MH/s its great so i bought this gtx1060 and it whattomine.com the calculator that said that my gtx 1070 would mine 26MH/s said that a gtx 1060 with 100c/500mem would do 22.5MH/s i have it running at 50c/1000mem (core is less less relevant in mining eth) and it does 20-21.59MH/s and would go pass the number no matter the overclocks i tryed NB miner and Pheonix miner and G1 miner, if anyone can help me with one of these issues or assist me with a BIOS Mod for that card i would be really theankfull to you. if you are going to just write 21.5is enought for a gtx 1060 and i cant push it or you dont want to help me solve the problem that please dont write anything instead (-:

i dont think so it fails to benchmark on any other pool mining softwere and my overclocked gtx1070 should mine around 31MH/s

SO basically my card refuses to mine eth and mines everything else at really low speed like 10H/s my other secundary card GT710 mines eth at 20MH/s so please help me how do i fix this i could be making way more eth on this gtx1070

Hey, i have a gaming pc and gtx 1070, ryzen 2600 and i wanna mine my electricity costs would be 1eur per day, i m just getting in to this staff so i need some help i wanna know how to mine what to mine im thinking about eth but my gpu refuses to mine that and currently im mining eth and xmr on secundary gpu gt710 im getting about 0.99eur-1.04eur so im braking even and i was thinking if there is a coin thats more effective to main than xmr and eth, something with lower difficulty less known. so if anyone knows this kind of staff please help me out

Hey guys, there is a problem with secondary gpus in laptops i have had one my self two years ago when my laptop had a better secondary gpu but it didn't use it so i build a Ryzen computer that cant have this issue, my friend bought an gaming laptop a year ago, he was messing with the drivers and it now cant detect the secondary gpu and wont use it, benchmarks instantly crash... we have tried official drivers for the gpu on Nvidia's site that should detect it but ´they didn't we have reset the BIOS also. if you have any experience with this kind of staff please share it with me Thanks
