The screen goes black then the RGB on the pc turns off then back on quickly (which im guessing means it turns off). I've tried new audio drivers same issue, and now whenever I try to install GPU drivers it restarts aswell.

Just done another fresh windows install and its restarted when installing drivers.

I got a new CPU, Motherboard, Ram and SSD everything was fine then it randomly restarted and now it does sometimes randomly and everytime when i open discord or voice meter. Tried different SSD and HDD same problem... Tried both sticks of ram one at a time same problem Tried different PSU same problem Multiple fresh windows installs still happens tried different gpu drivers and it still happens, weirdest part is that games can run fine just cant open discord or voice meter or pc randomly restarts. CPU : Ryzen 5 5600x Motherboard : Gigabyte B450m D3SH Ram : Corsair 3200mhz Please any help I am really confused cheers.

Yeah, should i try with full low settings uncapped fps and see what happens?

I was getting around 80-100fps with the same cpu but a 1050ti

No I wasn't looking at per core usage

Fps is uncapped and I don't think that my CPU is bottlenecking because it is sitting around 30% usage while playing.

No stutters at all, my problem is i want to be getting around 144fps but the gpu usage is low. same with cpu

Getting around 50% gpu usage on gta v getting around 60 fps. Specs gtx 1070 16gb ddr4 3200mhz ram Ryzen 5 1600x running the game on the highest settings

So I don't need to uninstall the drivers?

So all I need to do is physically swap the card?

Switching from a 1050ti to a 1070. Anything Important I need to do (apart from actually swapping the card).
