looks great, how well will this be able to stream? a good 60 fps? and will it cost more if i upgrade to 16gb?

just the pc is fine but if theres a good deal for a keyboard and new mouse that would be nice

a pre-built one can work if it is good, but unfortunately reviews seem to bash on them mostly so building one would work just as great if you have any suggestions on any build please feel free to respond! i would like to focus on streaming and gaming league of legends if that helps, but i do want to enjoy other games when im not streaming
