  1. I mean, if you wanna go budget as I went, just buy an used well-preserved pc case. There's a lot of generic cases that are dirt cheap, pretty quiet and not too ugly. If you wanna buy a new modern case, however, I can't help you much.
  2. TBH, you should be good with just about any old PC case, just install some silent fans into it. I'm having such a setup with 80mm Xilence and Cooler Master fans, and the AMD stock cooler, without havin any airflow and noise problems. In fact, the machine is so quiet that the hard drives have become louder than the fans.
