So the X470 Aorus Elite, Prime X470 Pro, X470 Aorugs Gaming for example have this header?

I got my mother a Fractal Define R6 USB-S and I'm going to upgrade her current PC to the next gen ryzen (if the benchmarks are any good). I'm unsure which current B450/X470 Mainboards have a USB-C Frontpanel header so she can use the front panel USB and my research didn't really get me far... also: What about the upcoming b550/x570 platform? Do we know anything about USB-C Headers on announced mainboards?

Hi forum people! First of all, I'm using a GTX1080 and an i7 3770 to play this game. I changed the Nadeo.ini file and installed the "patch" from 2010. Without the patch I'll get a whitescreen, so I got that fixed. Now I tried to play the game and I can't change any settings so I'm stuck with the following settings: https://imgur.com/a/PqzM5dD I just can't find anything on the internet, so I figured maybe one of you guys know how to fix this...
