Hello, i flashed a new bios file (version 7996v2F) for my h110m pro-d but when the flash was finished my pc restarted and showed that my Dram has a problem.... i5 6400 Win 10 64 bit PSU : 650 watt I tried removing cmos and putting it back in i tried removing ram and starting my computer and it still shows dram.. maybe its my ram a problem or maybe my bios file was corrupted...? Any help will be appreciated.. Thank you

Hey thanks for answering it isnt thermal throttling i used intel extreme tuning utility

I noticed that when my CPU is 75 - 100% Usage it is always at 3.09 Ghz and i get FPS drops in games.. But when it is lower than 75 % usage it goes 3.25 Ghz h110m pro-d motherboard Windows 10 My CPU is i5 6400 is there anyway to fix it?
