About 2 weeks ago I had cpu troubles, I had been playing video games and then decided to turn off my computer, about 2 hours later I go to turn it back on and no signal posted, I hadn't moved anything. All the fans were moving, gpu as well, but I noticed my cpu debug light was on so I tried everything. I cleared CMOS, took out the battery, checked all of my cables, and nothing. The only thing to do was get it swapped with a new CPU. Flash forward to today where I receive my new 3700x, I install it, and everything was the same, the fans were on, but the cpu debug light was as well. At this point I have no idea what to do if it's a cpu problem and even the new cpu replacement won't fix the problem.
