do i have to set anything up in the bios?

I have mobo: ASUS Prime z370-p CPU: Intel core i5-8600k @3.6GHz ram; 2x G gkill 8GB @2133mHz hhd: 1TB wd10ezex-75wn4a0 M.2: crucial ct250mx500ssd4 m.2 gpu: asus gtx 1070

I have a 250G M.2 that uses SATA. I need more storage and was thinking about getting a 2TB NVMe M.2 drive but I didn't know if I could run both drives at the same time. Can anyone help?

I'm in the process of planning my first PC build and being a noob to the PC building game I was wondering if there are many reliability issues with used parts. For example, going with a used graphics card would allow me to get a card with higher performance than buying one new. I'm specifically looking at either a new RTX 2070 or a used GTX 1080Ti. If anyone knows of any posts already talking about this topic could you point me in that direction?

I'm looking at the GTX1080 or the RTX2070. Should I go with double fan or triple fan?

I play a lot of overwatch and CS:GO with a sprinkle of farcry 5 and bethesda games. I have a 2070 build on paper for just over 1500 so id like to stay in that range.
