From what i can see from a quick Google search and reading on both Amazon and Viewsonic's website it doesn't say anywhere that the monitor you linked is 144hz which it needs to be for displaying 144fps (i could be wrong though)

The link above is a good place to find and sort through monitors and other PC parts (i already have 144hz enabled in the filters with the link i sent)

I'd personnaly go for TN or IPS, i don't really like VA panels but some people do but 144hz is a must for FPS games
