alright. it can be a few different factors... so what resolution do you play at? and also what CPU and GPU do you have? i dont like reading lol so this it can be your motherboard restricting it, (although this is not normal ) i would say it is probably your GPU not getting a proper workout. try to turn up Graphics setting, this is a unbalanced GPU to CPU ratio i would guess.

could it be your motherboard?? what type of board is it? thats what happend to me i had Gtx 1060 and then i bought a RTX 2080 OC ROG card, nd my PC wasnt much better...

How do I know if my cooler is installed properly? Also is it OK for Arik to maybe sag a little bit? Because it doesn’t seem like it’s sagging when I push up on it. It wants to stay where it is. Temps are actually great 60 under full load i7-7700K pretty good for that chip.

OK well I hate this motherboard so can I just live with it? I had another fan on my CPU heat sink. It now weighs 1100 g. Is this too heavy? It actually now has a little bit of SAG, is that a thing? Because it actually is not perfectly straight up and down
