  1. Wanna upgrade to get some better frames in some of my games. Any tips on what I should upgrade next and what to is appreciated. Budget for only upgrading one or more parts lets say is, 500 max Here are my specs!
  2. No it does not, Update guys sorry I left you in the dark but I did switch to the x8 slot and yes I am now running at x8 not x4, However what is strange is that in speccy a hardware program it says my x16 slot is in use but I'm not running that speed Any ideas? Is my x16 slot just not working anymore?
  3. So Currently I have the card installed on the 1st red slot from the top, The advice you guys are giving I should install it in the x8 slot to see if I get any change?

I tried looking in my bios to adjust the settings but I can't seem to adjust it. I did originally have it running at 2.0 but I was able to change the pcie gen verison to 3. But I can't adjust the actually slot to x16 any ideas? Thanks for reading. Things I've tried: Reseated my GPU Rechecked power connections to insure pins are full installed
  5. Alright guys, legit found it out. I just had to increase voltage to my cpu. sorry for the useless post, please keep this post up however cause I found a TON of people who had the same issue as I and didn't found a resolution. Hope this helps anybody.
  6. The error I'm receiving in event viewer is Kernal power 41 taskid: 63, now as I've researched this error is very general isn't a direct indicator as to what the issue is so I'll explain. When I run a few games especially while loading them, my PC will lock and go to a blue screen saying: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR I don't believe I have any overclocking go on right now but I found a fix online saying I should increase my CPU's voltage so I'll try that. Any ideas or leads to fix this let me know.
  7. Unfortunately I have no money right now but I'm right there with you!
  8. Alrighty last question, These two cards what's the difference besides the other one being grossly amazing price https://www.amazon.com/Radeon-Dual-Fan-GDDR5-Graphics-DUAL-RX580-O8G/dp/B071D8YQJD?th=1 https://www.amazon.com/Radeon-Dual-Fan-GDDR5-Graphics-DUAL-RX580-O8G/dp/B07197V7C7?th=1
  9. How does a RX 580 sound? It's only about 300 bucks 8gb, and seems to be a OC edition.
  10. Didn't list the PSU because I'm swapping it with a Corsair CX750M I was running into Kernal 41 errors and BSOD. Friend of mind that's a common error attributed to PSU going bad.
  11. No real budget in mind, I'm waiting until my next paycheck and after I pay my bills I'll pretty much be able to sink most of my money into something after all that is said and done. Blanket suggestions are welcomed
