For 10GB optical switch from Mikrotik I would suggest CRS317-1G-16S+RM and as router, if you need connection between switch and router at 10GB, CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+.

I got gtx 1070 and rx 580 4gb from miners few month ago, sweet stuff but CPU upgrade now is a must

My bet was on driver issue or bad ssd from my experience, good if you got it sorted out.
-
I had something like that many years ago in Windows 7, it was weird driver issue. Or Kingston V100 SSD, hard to remember.
If its a file system problem try sfc /scannow
But try in safe mode and you can try some kind of live cd, to see if its Windows problem or system problem.

Dell R230 would be a start but without ECC, but you have few good options with HDDs and PCIe SSD.

Have you tried veeam or nakivo? those are my personal cheap/"free" software for seamless backups.
As I got replication to work, I am looking for an overnight incremental backup solution. veeam is a very good option and I will try nakivo.

@Salv8 (sam) and @Falconevo thank you, I got info from you that i needed, I will spend next few days setting up the replication and create good backup solution.

Hello,
So lets start with hardware: 1st server 24 core Xeon and 2nd server 12 core Xeon.
On 1st server I have around 15 VMs running and I need backup and replication solution so if the fist one goes down I can, with minimal downtime, start VMs on second server.
My first choice was Hyper V Replication but I am struggling with Kerberos authentication, I will work on it but its frustrating. Maybe there is a simple fix to error 0x00002EFE but I am thinking about 3rd party software.
I am trying Commvault and Altaro free trials to see what they offer and buy full product if they are good enough.
So I need some tips how to setup backups and what software is better to use.
Thanks,
zeibis

The NEW Razer Blade 14 would be great for gaming with my girlfriend

I have some old generic Logitech keyboard and this would look like a bomb on my desk.

15 euro? Converted to Australian dollars that would be more than what I paid for the same amount of MX-4 and Z9. I think you got ripped off.
No MX-4 20g tube would be around 18 euro, so getting MX-2 is a better option. And big thermal paste tubes 20-30g are hard to get, usualy I have to wait a week or two.
-
I use MX-2, just got 30g tube for 15 euro

From http://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/X99DELUXE/specifications/
"*3: Due to chipset behavior, The SATA6G_78, SATA6G_910 ports (black) do not support IRST including RAID configuration."
So try a different ports

SSD would be the best solution, second best would be to reinstall OS

^ has literally never happened to me before who orders something they don't want?
Well, I have made an order and then changed my mind and canceled it.
-
4gb flash cards for free, but seriously stores shouldn't be able to cancel the orders AFTER the fact they have been made.
This can go both ways as if you would ordred something by mistake and could`nt cancel your order.

I have Lumia 735 and for the price of 200€ its a good deal. Screen is good, I dont play any games on my phone, but youtube videos or movies at 720p I can watch without any problems. Its easy to use, app store sucks but I hope for better integration with windows.
As with android I feel only high end phones can last up to two years without getting slow and laggy...

Well, this should help a little bit.

Well, when I change from 60Hz to 75Hz I can tell a difference. But 144Hz monitors are for pro gamers and Linus who can see a difference.

Turbo frequency is at 3.06 and with little OC and a good GPU it should be a good gaming/workstation PC.
Dell PowerEdge 2900 Upgrades
in Servers, NAS, and Home Lab

It depends what you want to do with the server. If you can find drives it can be a freenas box, but those cores are slow and memory is very limited. There is no way you can bring it to modern standards. If its dual core you can upgrade to quad core and buy some fast drives for it. But its ancient.
