My screen will flash only sometimes when I boot my pc, however they only occur a few times then stop, then start again after a while. But when I’m in a game, the screen will not flash. The flashing will not occur every boot I do, which is odd. This happened after I moved my ram sticks for a different problem, but it didn’t start immediately. Any help will be appreciated, thanks!

Here is a video of the problem. The top 3 are cpu, ram, vga (In order from top to bottom) I am wondering what the cause of this issue is, maybe a faulty motherboard? Also slot 2 does not let my pc boot when only 1 stick is in there

The ram isn't compatible with the motherboard, so I don't think that would help

GPU thermals are at 70 degrees celcius, and I have reinstalled drivers multiple times. I am starting to think this is a ram issue because this problem started after I took out my ram and put it back.

Happens to CSGO, R6S, Payday 2, and ETS2

This occurs to other games such as ETS2, CSGO, Payday 2, and R6S. I mentioned just cause 3 because that is the only game I do not play fullscreen I feel like this is a ram problem because I remember it statrted after I took my ram out and put it back in.

My game freezes after playing it for a while, and the last sound that played loops. However, I can hear from other people in the game in real time. After I tried to take my ram out and put it back, it showed that my ram was running at 2133MHz and that 4gb of my 8gb is reserved for hardware. I really need help!

I just reseated my ram and it is now at 2133mhz and 4gb is reserved to hardware! What?

I forgot to ask, how long would a damaged motherboard last? Im new to PC building sorry

If I don't replace the damaged parts, would it damage other parts or if I upgrade some parts?

Sometimes when I boot my PC up, the fans and LEDs will turn on. However, peripherals and monitor do not receive a signal from the PC. I also don't think the hard drive is spinning either. In order to make it work, I would have to force shutdown using the button and boot it up again. When my PC powers on my peripherals, it usually takes 5-10 seconds for it to give off a signal after I press the button. My main concern is if this problem would damage my PC in the long term.
