Biography
Originally from South Africa. Moved to the States as a kid (12 years old). Started learning programming languages and how computers work in my teens (oh how I miss you VooDoo GPU). Became an ordained minister after high school. Decided it is not for me and went back to school to be a professional photographer. Digital photography just started to become popular and no one wanted a pro anymore so I joined the US Army (served as a combat medic/healthcare specialist for 4 years). Became a Certified Retinal Angiographer (merging photography and medical) and was in the medical field for 16 years total. Switched gears and following my true passion for hacking...uhm, I mean, Cybersecurity and Forensics. I've also written four songs, two of which went on to be recorded and played on the radio. I moonlighted as a studio guitarist for a while as well. I have accomplished a whole lot more but most people do not believe me.
