Yea i will be having 2 hdds 1 copy, insert one of them then import all data from pc hdd to 1 synology hdd then insert the other one and copy again when formatted it can work right

I will just copy myself manuel, and use as a external hdd, its the best hdd right? In the pc case it will be good, no need to buy synology rn i can buy 2 more drives instead, I have like 6 sata ports i think thats enough for now, but i know what you mean, I dont need any app for auto.

I want to backup all my files and plex movies also, it will be momenterly in my pc win11 and not in a nas, i have a i79700k cpu always on PC no gpu, good synology units are expensive but I will be doing it later after buying 3rd drive maybe, first iam gonna backup everything to 20tb and there will be 2nd 20tb for mirroring other exo, I want it redundant, no more believing to Google photos, and 4k hdr hevc is better rn with pc thx

Hello, iam using plex on my pc (i7-9700k 5.1ghz) with no GPU, i have like 1200/400 isp speed coming to my house also to pc wired directly to modem, the movies are in 5tb hdd seagate 3.1 usb portable drive connected to 10gig usb port to my asus z390i motherboard. Is it better to use nvme ssd that i have or is it good?, i hae remux 4k content and iam using the transcoder automatic,300buffer,slowest background transcoding, i know this doesnt make a difference, iam sharing my plex to my friend that also has 1gig internet speed(with 12900k-3080), but he says while streaming 4k content the buffer loading is terrible, and my cpu goes 100% while transcoding, and having hikups while 100 percent, but while watching 1080p with higher bitrate works just fine, how can i improve this problem any help ? Thank you.

Hello, i want to purchase a smart air purifier, i don't have a lot of knowledge about it but i am between the Samsung ax9500 old and new Samsung ax53 or ax35 air purifier, it says that theres a pet filter on the new one, what else is new? I saw a video someone said there's a 3 stage purification on the old one and 5 stage on the new but i am not sure what that is also. I have 15m2 room, i smoke a lot of cigarettes and want to eliminate all odor. The new costs 740 Euro and the old one costs 400 Euro and you can use the old model with 2 units on top of it and it works like 1 unit for 800 Euro. I have 1 cat and if theres no other upgrade than pet filter i think 2 old units are best value ? will the pet filter make huge difference? Thank you

modes i meant directly to modem and 2nd mode all ap modes to switch to modem, i can do like this or get a asus et pro that have 2, 2.5gig ports and do daisy chain also from modem without switch if theres difference between ap and router mode, or get deco xe75 pro cheapest 1port 2.5gig and use with switch, also what do you mean like half the speed bcs i will be running every unit via cat8 ugreen cable from 2.5gig or 10gig port, also devices are 2 iphone 14, 1 iphone 14 pro, 1 iphone pro max and i use the s23 ultra which supports 6e min.2gig download speed, also i want to future proof it also of course, but 2.5gig is best for wifi of course 10gig cabled. for my pc i will be getting the 10gig pcie express card for, i have a free 16x slot free on the motherboard.

Do i need the Deco run first to the modem or can i do modem to switch then deco's? Also do the decos run in router mode or access point mode ? When 10gig arrive in a month i want to run the mesh system every unit full speed but they ussually have only 1 port high speed others 1gig, the 10gig modem from isp will have only 1 10gig port to use and i want to run single 10gig cables from switch. Do i get a speed reduction between the modes also ? The firewall stuff i dont wanna control it from decos, modem is good enough i think

Hello, i had a question over mesh wifi network, when buying a 6E capable mesh router(vb:deco xe75) can i use it as a main modem as well ?, i dont wanna plug in isp (Proximus) modem with a wifi mesh routers, do i need to buy specific asus modem or so or cant i do it with my isp or tech? (theres a mesh networking option on my isp modem but it only does the wifi off i think).Its no problem using with isp modem but its wifi6 and i want to upgrade to 6e, can i plug the wan cable directly to a deco or asus modem ?
