I am building a lot of computers and I want to build a 1600X Ryzen 5 with a RX 580 or 2600 Ryzen with a 580 RX bottleneck percentage and recomendations of a medium gamma gaming PC

I am gonna buy a 380 R9 but I am worried about the bottleneck this graphics is momentary for 2 months and i really want to play games at 60 FPS at least recommendations and bottleneck probabilities

and where is the CPU power cable

There i no code showing up of power cables i only have the 24 pin one the motherboard cuts the power for 0.5 second and then power it again and again

Guys i need help with a Auros 7 Z370 and a intel i7 8700, When I guys building and power it up there was a red LED in the bottom of the motherboard and I was reading in the manual of the motherboard and it said that it was something wrong with the processor I removed it and placed it again it was still on ( the LED ) i don't know what to do and i am not like a professional on tech
