So, I have a Canon rebel sl1 and my CR2 raw files preview in Windows 10 file explorer just fine. However, my friend has a Canon rebel 6ts and her CR2 files do not show up in preview on file explorer. We see the files, but the thumbnails don't appear like mine.
We've tried clean install of Windows 10, we've tried different images from different cards from her camera.
We think it may have something to do with her camera but we are unsure....help?
Ps, yes, we are photographers on Windows and not Mac OS lol ?
