After some messing around I finally got it at 3200 and was able to get a stable 3.8ghz

Now I’m just trying to set my memory to 3200 without over clocking and I can’t even do that, so now I’m just confused.

I’m trying to over clock my Ryzen 5 2400g but I’m having an issue where my memory reads 2133mhz at 1.350v, when I’m trying to reach 3200. My memory is g.skill 2x8 3200 and is seated in the correct spots (2 and 4). Now unless I have read wrong and it needs to be in 1&3, I can’t figure out what my issue is. Or am I doing something wrong like the beginner noob that I am. Pics for current settings.

So far it does seem to be working though.

Now is there any configuration i might have to do that you may know of?

Probably a rhetorical question but can i use, for example, 2× ddr4 2666 4gb stick with 2× ddr4 3200 8gb sticks. Im currently using the 2 8gb sticks but was wondering if i can throw in my 2 4gb sticks for added memory. 4gb sticks are digital storm brand and the 8gb are gskill ripjaws.

So im trying to replace my motherboard and when taking off my heat sink my CPU xame with it, the pins are fine oj the bottom side, but my heat sink and cpu are stuck together. I have a ryzen 5 2400g. I know it comes with pre-applied thermal paste but i dont think its suppose to be stuck to one another. How do I take it off without breaking it so I can reapply thermal paste?

Thats kinda the plan for what i want to do, is use nvenc. Hopefully not breaking thw bank with it too. Not to sure if a 1050 would be good enough though.

I was looking at it cause I can pick up a cheap Dell Optiplex 7010 for less then $150, have everything I need, and either add a gpu or the elgato capture card (which im realizing that i didnt mention in my first post).

Howdy! I'm currently trying to set up a streaming only computer, and use that cool feature located in OBS. But I'm having trouble finding a denct CPU for cheap money. Ive been looking at the I7-3770 but was hoping i could find something cheaper. I plan on using either a 1060 6gb or a 1660 ti for the GPU. If you guys know of any builds that i could follow as well or, build blogs i could follow that would be gratfully apreciated as well.

So i just purchased a new SSD 250gb. Im wondering how i go about putting windows and a couple other programs on it for that nice load up speed. Edit* Also how do i get it to show up on my devices and drives.

Also will it help if i disable my onboard graphics? The radeon vega graphics? Saw the option in my bios and got curious as to if that would help at all with anything.
