  1. I had that card and had drivers cause as high as 10c changes at idle, i woudn't worry about it
  2. add whatever case you want, and you can even go as high as an rtx 2080 super if you want, this is basically as good as it gets.

  4. I would recommend if you can get a 1tb sata inland drive for around $80 it is a great value. I have one myself and I have not really noticed a giant difference in speed compared to my nvme drive.
  5. This board should be fine, I have had no problems with my asus board. I think the only thing you need to watch out for is making sure that your boot drive is in the slot that is pcie gen 3 x4 not x2, it hurts boot speed a little.
  6. One thing that I can see, It won't hurt functionality, but you have paired a unlocked motherboard with a locked chip. Would It not be better to get an 8700k. Also, the memory will only run at 2666 because of the cpu. I recommend getting something cheaper that runs 2666 by default. But to answer your main question, this pc will function.
  7. I have that same cooler, have you tried adjusting the fan settings. I replaced the stock paste on my pure rock slim, it was running a little hot with that on. I replaced it with arctic mx-2 and have never gone above 65c under intense load.
  8. You may want to check your thermal paste, I have the same case, and i have never gone above 65c under intense load.
  9. I just got a 590 strix, I am very impressed with the performance. It will run on the hot side if you get a dual fan card, so i recommend the strix variant. Mine never gets above 63c under full load or doing vr.
  10. I would recommend the Strix variant of the 2070 for the better cooler. I got a strix 590 for Christmas and it runs about 15 degrees c less than my 570 armor I had previously.
  11. Do you have an Igpu? If so, use them to remove anything with amd in your control panel and program files.
  12. I would say that you need a solid 6 or 8 core cpu like a 3600X. Probably 16 or 32gb of ram. Any x570 motherboard. GTX 1660 ti strix gpu. All the storage you would like. That is probably a good starting place, but you can add and subtract things as you need.
