  1. Hi, I'm new to addressable RGB PC components. So I got MSI Gungnir 110R with me, it comes with 4 pre-installed ARGB fans; Front: 120mm ARGB Fan x 3 Rear: 120mm ARGB Fan x1 + ARGB controller The problem is, I can't turn on the lights. I've plugged all 2 cables that comes from the fans. 1 cable to fan header, 1 to the RGB controller. I also connected the controller to the motherboard RGB header. I tried using MSI Mystic Light but they still won't light up. What seems to be the problem here?
  2. So, I'm using this HP 14 R103TX, a low-med budget laptop from 2015. I'm looking for speakers and found this Edifier R1280T. Is it too much for the laptop to handle? Does cheap and expensive laptop (from same brand ex: HP vs HP) have different audio output quality?
  3. That was very helpful! Thank you!
  4. Sold my pc and decided to use laptop for awhile while saving for next build. And now, I'm facing this problem where my VGA cable won't fit if the HDMI cable is plugged in. I really need 2 monitors since I'm really used to it. Any suggestion?
  5. Hi. So I currently using this HP 14 R103TX laptop and it has HD4400 and GT820M. I'm considering to buy a monitor and hook it up since 14" TN panel 1366x768 isn't good enough for home use. The laptop has 2 display outputs which are VGA and HDMI (which I'm sure is 1.4). The question is, will it able to run 2560x1080 60Hz? This LG 29WK600 is nice but as what I've learned from the internet, HDMI 1.4 doesn't support 21:9 ratio.
  6. Hi, I'm planning to build mATX Ryzen 5 2600, and on a fixed budget. I need to choose between ASRock B450M-HDV and MSI B450M Pro VDH. The MSI offers 4 RAM slots which means I can do 2x4GB for some time and add another 8GB later, but it has 6.1 audio. While the ASRock only has 2 RAM slot but has 2 more USB3.0 on back panel, and 7.1 audio. The thing is, it's not rare for me to see "ASRock or Asus over MSI" opinion. I heard people had a lot of trouble with MSI boards and I haven't done enough research on this. So, which one is wiser, MSI for 4 RAM slots or ASRock for it being good by review (besides more USB3.0 and 7.1)? P.S. for the price, the ASRock one is USD4 cheaper
  7. Will do but not soon, don't have the money for now. Thank you
  8. So I just watched one of the bitwit's video about pimping his fan's rig, and he did use custom cable as an extension to the ketchup & mustard cables. Is it really possible? So I can get rid of this bad colored cables on my black-grey rig without having to change my PSU.
  9. Then I would love my food to be as salty as possible without risking my blood pressure
  10. Hi, I have R3 1200 and Team T-Force Dark 3000Mhz (2x4GB) on ASRock AB350M-HDV. Since it already has 3000Mhz clock, would overclock it higher increase my performance? If so, how much should I go so the effect really significant?
  11. Where can I see the VRM temp? I'm using HWinfo64 and none of them says VRM except GPU VRM. This is my recent Prime95 test HWinfo64 result. Ran it for about 5 minutes just to see if there's a number reaching 100-120+°C like you said.
  12. I already have it with R3 1200. Planning to up to R5 2600 do some OC. I'm able to OC the 1200 to 3.8Ghz with 1,31V and got 88°C max on Prime95 torture test.
  13. It doesn't have VRM heatsinks, and only 4 pin for CPU. What are the OCing potentials I could lose?
  14. I use ASRock AB350-HDV but didn't do enough research about it, too bad it doesn't have VRM heatsink and only 4 pins for CPU power. Should've gone with the ASRock AB350 Pro 4.
