  2. Looking for a laptop that can do the basic things - youtube, notes, browsing etc, so I am looking for a sub 200 laptop, so which OS is the best for this use case cause the pricing for the low end windows laptop and chromebooks are basically the same

  5. Kingston Value RAM is pretty solid and cheap
  6. Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo but you may need to get an AM4 attachment

  8. Perhaps a Ryzen 1800X it is pretty powerful and awesome for multi core stuff
  9. An Asus Rog Strix-H X370, pretty much has everything you would need.
  10. Is a GPU beneficial for rigorous calculations for simulation, without a display output.
  11. If you have the budget go for the i7 8700k for a few extra frames and better oc but you should be fine with the ryzen 7 2700x
  12. The 8100 also has better clock speeds and is much cheaper.
  13. I know there is a little difference between these 2 CPUs but which has the edge for applications such as Solidworks, Hyperworks etc.
