  1. okay, it seems its just that it still used the speakers even after plugging in the headphones. i went to settings and changed it to (speakers/headphones) and it started to use the headphones.
  2. you mean like, unplugging the HDMI cable off the GPU and into the motherboard. or do you mean disconnecting the GPU from the motherboard?
  3. well my earphones worked before putting in the gpu, i'm sure its the same for the headphones
  4. i'm not sure its a short circuit, i'm pretty sure my computer would have died if that happened
  5. so after i putted in a new gpu, my computer doesn't seem to want to use my headphones. my computer does seem to know theirs headphones plugged in. because when i put my headphones in the headphone jack, it asks what i plugged in. so nothing seems to be off inside the pc.
  6. Im replacing psu on my computer so i can put in a gpu. But my problem is that the input for the cpu connector on the motherboard is a single 4. So im afraid that if i use only one of the 4+4 cables. The other would also go on if i turn on the power supply and destroy the motherboard and pretty much kill my pc. The picture shows one one the 4's in the input but the other not in anything.
  7. seems like that. my brother can only watch one video so yeah. and with the gpu i'm using hd 4600 inter-graded graphics or something. also my game without the gpu is working the same way before so its alright
  8. ah, so yeah new psu is the way to go. besides the shutdown really scared me. i thought it killed itself! ?
  9. Eh, i just decided to stop useing the gou for now. Its now diaconnected and in the box it came from. Ill get a Better psu soon. Like a cooler master 550 bronze. Also the seller said he used it for video editing for a year so it cant be broken. He also didn't seem shady as he did communicate with me. Also the earbuds worked again after removing the gpu which is odd
  10. No. It was off and disconnected from any power. And the usbs were fine before the GPU In the pic the back usbs seem fine
