My motherboard is b360 ds3h , can u help me locate the headers? im really new to this , also it says my motherboard has smart fan control , it says it means that when temperature is low enough the fans would turn off , could that be the case? , i have my PC Specs in the post

i downloaded hwmonitor pro and tried changing values from 0% to 100% and they didnt change the speed

I really dont know how to use this can u help me?

It doesnt show all the fans and 3 of them are spinning , cpu one spinning , 2 of gpu spinning shouldnt it at least show some of them on SpeedFan or something?

I have just bought a new PC . The case is Xigmatek Astro A , with standard fans from the case.The bottom front fan is not spinning. This is the case I have tried with SpeedFan but it doesnt show the fans there Can someone help me setup SpeedFan or overall turn the fan back. My PC is 2 weeks old. This is my configuration
