Managed to get it working now. Took 4 attempts of just reseating the CPU but booted on the fourth time! Weird as.... I think the amount of thermal paste used may have played a part. Cheers everyone for the responses though!

I did reseat the CPU and re-apply thermal paste. Unfortunately the same issue remained

Yes the plastic was removed from the cooling block and installed correctly. The weird thing is that it boots fine (just hot) when I take it off the mount then CPU_LED comes on when I screw it back on.

Hey guys. Last night I replaced my Corsair H60 with the larger H115i. Once it was all installed, I turned the power on. All the lights were on in the case and all fans are spinning however the CPU_LED is on, therefore no post..... I took the pump off the CPU mount and turned it on and the PC started... so weird. So it boots when the aio pump is not screwed on, but doesn't when it is. I have no idea what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.
