no it's just hardware, I'll take the opinions into consideration. Thanks.

So As I said, I would be posting updates, and to due to lowered costs and cutting in areas my build has been modified a bit and I would like your opinion on it. https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/9s39nH Again, it's all in Canadian Dollars. Adding on to this, is there anything else I should add? Take away? Change? Fix? Any Input is appreciated!
-
Okay, thx a lot, you've really helped, I'll post updates as they come along.

Okay, so an SSD would do the trick and 250 GB would be good, so I believe that the build you gave me works, just a question any real difference between the Team Vulcan Ram and The G Skill Aegis or is it just different brands?
-
I see that there is an SSD, would you say I rather get a 250GB SSD than a 2TB Hard drive, I understand that an SSD is faster but would it make a huge difference if I got a hard rive from like Seagate at 7200 RPM?
-
so then what build would you recommend?
-
What about the previous one with the Ryzen 5 2400G, couldn't the price be lowered by lowering the ram, or would that impact the system, is it that necessary to have 16GB of ram?
-
Any other ideas, like could I just change it to 8GB of ram instead of 16GB?
-
Pretty much, yeah.
-
It's 13% HST and the budget we are given has to include tax and shipping of which I shall have to go and calculate later by going on each website.
-
This looks like a very nice build but PCPartPicker doesn't automatically input tax and/or shipping costs...
-
That would take me above the price limit when including tax and shipping, my budget is in CAD not USD.
-
I am very new to this, could you explain more and the reasoning thanks. Sorry for being tedious.
-
Which company though, I don't want to go over the budget that was handed to us in class.

It can't be prebuilt whatsoever, I have to buy all the parts separately.
