  1. I plan on buying an Radeon RX570 graphics card to pair with my Ryzen 2200g. Would this be a suitable combo or would the RX560 be a better option? I want to game at 1080p 60fps on high settings. My specs are Ryzen 3 2200g 4gb 2666MHz ddr4 ram Asrock AB350m Pro4 motherboard
  2. So basically I was looking for a GPU on Mightyape (A New Zealand website) when I thought I would also check out Newegg as they ship to New Zealand. When I went on to Newegg I discovered that a Sapphire Nitro+ RX570 4gb was $460 NZD on Mightyape but only $255 NZD on Newegg. The Newegg card is sold and shipped by Newegg but I am worried I will get scammed. Why is the price so low on Newegg? Is it a scam? Maybe Mightyape is just charging much higher prices because they are a more local company. 3. I have a 4GB stick of G.skill value ram in my PC which is rated for 2400Mhz. I have been trying to overclock it because I am using a Ryzen iGPU and want to get the best possible frame rates. I have overclocked the integrated gpu to 1550Mhz and I am now trying to OC the ram using XMP, but I cannot OC past 2666Mhz. I have tried increasing the voltage but anything over 2666MHz and the PC wont boot. There is no image on the screen either so I just have to wait for my computer to restart 3 times until it defaults down to 2133Mhz. Is my RAM just not suitable for overclocking or is it a motherbpard problem? I would rather not risk updating the BIOS but if it solves my problem I will. I want to get the ram as fast as possible until I can buy a discrete GPU My specs are: G.skill value 4gb 2400Mhz ram (F4-2400C15S-4GNT) Asrock AB350M pro4 AMD Ryzen 2200g (iGPU OC to 1550Mhz)
  4. Thanks for the feedback I plan to add a GPU later when I have the money, probably a 1060 or a 1050ti like you recommended
  5. I posted a question on the forum about a week ago asking about my PC design and got some advice on what I should change. I have changed the design and would like your opinion on this build. Will I be able to play light games like Batman: Arkham asylum, Fortnite and Skyrim on this PC? I will definitely upgrade in the future when I have the money. 6. What case would you recommend I get out of these two: Deepcool Frame $39 (https://bit.ly/2PkA4NP) Cougar MG110-W $49 (https://bit.ly/2PkA4NP) Prices in AUD $50 is the max a want to spend on the case. Are there any other cases you can recommend under $50? It must be Micro ATX. I buy my parts from Umart & PC Case gear. Thanks
  7. Thanks for your help. Do you think I should get a B350-pro4 or a B450-pro4? @Streetguru
  8. This is my first PC build and I need some advice on whether my components are suitable. I will over clock a little bit but I will be using the stock cooler. I plan on playing some lighter games, not COD, or battlefield or anything like that. The games I plan on playing are -Fortnite -Skyrim -Batman: Arkham asylum -CS:GO -Civilization V I have designed this build so I can upgrade it easily. I already have a copy of windows and a monitor so that is not included in the costs The specs are: Case: Deepcool Frame (https://bit.ly/2PkA4NP) Power supply: SilverStone ST50F-ES230 (https://bit.ly/2Q3Jpus) CPU: AMD A8-9600 APU (https://bit.ly/2OWD3wp) with stock cooler Motherboard: ASUS Prime B350M-A (https://bit.ly/2vTOX1q) RAM:Team T-Force Vulcan 2400MHz 4GB (https://bit.ly/2vwYDQ4) Storage: A WD hard drive from another PC GPU: The radeon r7 integrated graphics from the APU Case fans:Silverstone FN121-P RL X2 (https://bit.ly/2NzVeHj) I will also buy a fan splitter for the case fans because the Motherboard only has one fan header My budget is $400 AUD(+/- $15) I plan to add a discrete graphics card later once I save enough money, probably an RX 580 or similar. I will add an ssd, and upgrade the ram to 8gb, and upgrade the CPU to a ryzen 5 I would like your opinion on these components. What settings would I be able to play games ans what FPS rates would I get. are there any improvements I could make within the budget? I am buying my components from pccasegear.com and umart.com.au. All prices are in AUD Thanks for the help
