Sorry for a slow response, my monitor is 60Hz and 1920x1080. And im sure he gets around 600fps in mm, since ive been there next to him getting that fps.

If i get only 60fps it gets super fucking laggy

Well my friend gets double the fps i get with the same gpu. I play on all low settings and my resolution is 1280x1024

In Fortnite and CSGO. I have it set to high performance in both. In cs my gpu usage is around 20-50% and i get around 200-350fps, and in fortnite with low graphics it only uses 40-50%, but with high graphics it uses 90-100%

I reinstalled windows and now its working fine, but im still having troubles in other games with my gpu usage.

I found my problem, when i lower my settings, even to the lowest ones I still get only around 100fps with only 30-40% gpu usage. And with a few settings on Very high and high with low anti-aliasing my gpu usage is 40-60% and I get 60-80fps. So I need to find out how to increase my gpu usage on lower settings so I can actually make the game playable without it looking like shit, this also happens in other games like for example Fortnite.

I already have the maximum powersetting on, and also my friend that has a gtx 970 and plays with higher graphic settings in gta, and he still is getting more fps than me.

In the vid the range is around 50-80, im not even reaching 50fps

I did perform a clean installation on my graphics drivers.

Same settings as in the videos, and my temps are good. CPU temp while playing is 68-72C and GPU 68-75C.

PC Specs: GPU: GTX 1060 6GB CPU: i7-4770 3.8GHz RAM: 2x4GB DDR3 Resolution: 1920x1080 Driver version 416.16 I've seen some benchmark videos on yt that have the same specs as me and they are getting around 70-90fps in GTA V with ultra settings, but I'm only getting 30-45fps. My gpu usage is around 80-99% most of the time and cpu usage is 70%.

I experience it in every game I play, which are CS:GO, Fortnite, GTA V, NFS Payback, F1 2018, R6 Siege etc. I have a Dell Inc. 0PC5F7 Motherboard and a Chieftec I-ARENA 550W PSU. My CPU runs at around 67-75C, GPU 70-72C. My memory usage is 6.7GB/7.9GB (86%)
