I currently have this laptop and the stock card in here is super slow and is overall hot garbage. Is there any good cards I could get to replace it? I am looking for something that has wifi 5 (wifi 6 is preferred) and Bluetooth 5.0.

I am planning to build my first build and originally planned to use a 8700k and an rtx 2070, but then I saw that Intel was about to release the 9700k and I am stuck wondering if I should just bite to bullet and wait for it or just stick with the 8700k. I want to be able to use a 1440p 144hz monitor, play VR using a rift or a vive and have it last 5 years.
