I'm going to start as a computer science student in a few weeks but I'll need a laptop to accompany me. I have a gaming rig at home (3770k, 16gig RAM, GTX 1060 6gig), though I'll need to upgrade it some time in the future. I don't have a laptop at the moment and that's why, I would like to find a something, which will be enough for my everyday tasks.
It should be light enough, because I will need to carry it to University everyday and have decent battery life (around 6h min).
It should be 13''-15'' big, but I would prefer 15". Build quality should also be pretty good.
I don't really like Apple, so a machine for Windows/Linux would be preferable.
For performace, it should be good enough to do coding, VM's, some CAD, Photoshop, browsing and other typical CS stuff.
My budget is around 2500€
