    Hard to say without knowing what you're going to do with it ;) You mentioned Linux so I'll bring up that I've seen some sleep/hibernation issues with Asus Z77 boards under Linux. If that is important to you, you may want to look into it first and possibly consider other options.

    I would say 2 and also consider: How much would it cost to replace the case vs replace the graphics card with something that will fit? Edit: Also is the 560ti your only choice?
