    my budget is at least 700 dollars. i play Fortnite a lot (like the rest of the world) and im looking to up my FPS, i run it on low settings so nothing too demanding. i run about between 65-140 (60-80 when things get intense) and 100+ when looking near the ground or in the sky. im looking to just keep my fps consistent at around 110 most of the time. my monitor is a MG24AQR Asus at 144hz. I'm really ocd when it comes to smoothness. so when im fighting someone in a field and i have 90 and then look somewhere else during a fight and i get like 70 really bothers me due to the increase in lag. and it stutters alot. just looking to get the best performance i can

    so my birthdays coming up really soon. and i want to upgrade my pc SPECS: SAPPHIRE RX 470 4GB (GPU) Intel i5 6600 2.7 (OC to 3.2ghz) 4 cores (CPU) Standard 8gb of ram and a really bad motherboard that doesn't support a lot of USB ports. i want to know what to upgrade, is my CPU bottlenecking my GPU? is my gpu the bad one? which should i upgrade, im thinking about buying a GTX 1060 6GB OC but i dont know if i should worry about my processor instead.
