I'm in the market for a new camera, I do about 50/50 pics to video right now but am more interested in video going forward. The most important things in a camera to me are that it works well run and gun and is portable (no monopod or cage etc.), that it is built well to stand up to my active and on the go life (needs weather sealing), and that it is high quality and will last a while. I have about $1500 to spend on the body and lens, without much room to push. I have looked at the Fujifilm X-H1 and the GH5, my worry with the GH5 is that with the new S1 it will get left behind along with the rest of mft. But I'm more than open to new suggestions and other brands. Thanks for the help. Edit: I'd most likely buy one used just to save money

I mostly shoot video but really enjoy taking stills from time to time, I'm thinking about getting a GH5 but want a camera that has fairly solid still performance. How bad of quality does the GH5 have in stills? I've looked at getting a G9 because it seems more balanced but not having 10-bit 4:2:2 is hard to give up

So I have had a Sony a6000 for a little over a year now and it's starting to be annoying and I realize I want to get a new camera. The lack of a headphone jack, articulating screen, 4k video, and a few other minor things have made me want a new camera. I don't know about cameras outside of Nikon, Canon, and Sony and if other companies should be in consideration. I have around $700 to spend on a body and then I could spend around $400 more on a zoom lens. Please help

Is mixing ram brands a bad idea? Both are ddr4 but ones 2400 and ones 3000. Both are 2x4gb, just found a good deal on one and have been looking to upgrade

Just got my new PC up and running and downloaded some steam games, but when I play them they're are unbelievably laggy and unplayable. I've installed all the drivers from Nvidia, I'm worried that maybe my PC just somehow isn't good enough, but can you run it says it should be completely fine. I don't understand! Am I doing something wrong? Trying to play NBA 2k18 Specs are: Ryzen 1600x Gtx 960 8gb Ddr4 3000 120gb kingston ssd

Just built a new pc and downloading drivers at the moment. You know how Nvidia and Amd have the applications that just scan for new drivers and install them for you, do they have those for motehrboards or do I have to go through and install all the drivers manually? It's an MSI B350 Gaming Plus btw

Looking for used parts and can't find great deals on eBay, craigslist people are pissing me off cause they think their pc is actually worth more than the price of new parts, and I don't know of other places to buy parts. Help? I'm American btw

Hi, I'm buying a bunch of used parts to build a new rig, and I have a Ryzen 5 2600x that I'm getting but I don't have any other parts yet and I'm worried about not being able to test it to make sure it works. Is there any way for me to test it without a motherboard?
