  1. I dont have a set of budget yet and the numpad is not a must. Just throw me some recommendations.
  2. Thanks. Was thinking of a build where the gpu wont bottleneck. A few benchmark that i see based on that main cpu and gpu selection shows that the gpu is clocking between 70 -98% usage..
  3. Have a gtx 1080 ti and thinking of building a new gaming pc. Have bought a ryzen 5 3500x with a b450m ds3h mobo based on benchmark on a few games on youtube. What do you guys think? Should i change the cpu?
  4. Hi guys. I need help. I'm looking for a keyboard or to build one using components from china or cherry clone. My needs are as follows: Usb C Compact with detachable numpad either magnetic or wired via usb c. Silent switch Hot swappable Primary usage gaming and working (i key in a lot of numbers) Compatible with most keycap sizes Transparent or wooden base. Let the suggestion commence. Ps: would love it if ltt does a video on this.
  5. Do you guys mean that I may need to switch the position of the power button cables on the motherboard?
  6. Just a quick question and need help in figuring out the problem. My motherboard is a AORUS x470 gaming WiFi 7 and the casing is a Lian-li PC011 and the front power button does not work. It lights up but when you press it, the system won't power up and instead I have to use the back power button. The first time I assembled it, it won't power up. The second time I assembled it (because I didn't like the wiring of the system) it powered up nicely via the front power button. The third and final time I assembled the system (because I was happy with the system) the front power button didn't work. Totally at a lost. Any idea on what's wrong and what can I do to fix this problem.
  7. I've managed to take the backplate off, it's when I try to install the AIO BACKPLATE that I face a problem because the aorus x470 has another plate. The side plate hinders the installation of the AIO backplate...
  8. I'm building a new system. Put out the mobo, slide in the CPU, took off the am4 mounting to install an aio. Selected the screw position on the backplate and then tried to position it........ Did not know that aorus had a backplate on the motherboard which interferes with the AIO backplate......... Anyone has any idea before I cut the heck out of the backplate?
  9. Lovely system. Just what i had in mind... your bottom fans pulls while the top pushes?
  10. Thanks for the info. Almost bought the nzxt and Design R6. In that case (pun not intended), I'll get the Lian li.
  11. Hi there. I'm building a new system. The components are as follows: Ryzen 7 2700x 16gb ddr4 Aorus x470 gaming 7 WiFi Zotac gtx 1080 ti amp 480gb ssd. I'm having a hard time choosing a case that can accommodate a vertical gpu. The only case i can think of right now is Lian Li pc 011. Any idea is appreciated. I'll probably use a CPU AIO water cooler for the CPU.
  12. Main reason: because I don't want my components to die an early death. Second main reason: because I don't want to go liquid cooling. I usually build a new system every five years. Last build was to play watchdog. This year's build is to max everything on my 1080 ti that I've acquired recently.
